Second recurrence

Hi everyone,

Has anyone here or perhaps Stephen that would have any recommendations for a second recurrence?

My sister just had her third resection (second recurrence) and we are now looking for options for methyled:

wild-type/ATRX not in favour of mutation 

IDH1 absent not in favour mutation

anti-GFAP positive

September 2020, after being diagnosed,  She had her resection #1 (followed by temodal and radiation). Temodal for about 18 months 

August 2022  Recurrence #1 followed by temodal for a month then rapid growth.

October 2022 Resection #2  followed with 1 month with PCV 

Jan 2023         Recurrence #2 

Feb 2023         Resection #3

She’s 47 and lives in Montreal. 

Is 1 month enough to say temodal isn’t working anymore? And PCV for just one cycle ?

Is there anyone here who also have had multiple recurrences?
